French Garden Truffle Oil
French Garden’s own Truffle Oil is harvested from the finest blend of oils with only the freshest of truffles.
Available in different varieties – Italian White, Italian Black and for the home connoisseur, a British variant using only UK truffles and UK GM-Free Rapeseed Oil - all three are made for us in the UK using only the very best ingredients.
The black and white varieties include white Alba truffles and black Perigord truffles direct from Italy, boast a remarkable complexity and intensity of flavour, but with none of the coarser, harsh notes characteristic of inferior oils.
Our British truffle oil is actually made with truffles from Somerset and Wiltshire and has soft, earthy flavours so typical of the home foraged truffle.
These oils are of quite exceptional quality and a wonderful complement to our renowned range of foraged and dried mushrooms and our fresh truffles, that have proved so popular with our customers across the UK.
